Research interests
My research focuses on the relationship between Catholics and Protestants during and after the French Wars of Religion. I have a particular interest in the religious controversies and the role of publishing in this context. My current PH. D research project - Ethos, représentation de l’Autre et argumentation dans le discours de controverse religieuse de Philippe Duplessis-Mornay et de ses adversaires – explores the religious controversy’s discourse between the Protestant Philippe Duplessis-Mornay and his opponents, with Discourse Analysis as a theoretical and methodological framework.
