Proposals for papers should include:
Full names of the author(s)
Short c.v. (max. 300 words)
Signed undertaking that the paper has not previously been published
Please include in a separate document the title, five key words, a summary of about 1,500 words providing a coherent account of the paper's aims, methodology and conclusions (or expected conclusions), as well as up to a maximum of ten key bibliographical references on the paper's subject.
Papers can be submitted in Spanish, English, French, Italian or Portuguese.
They should be submitted by email to email@example.com by 28 February 2018. Authors should indicate the paper's relevance to one of the Conference's themes. Once proposals have been assessed, the advisory panel will, by 1 April 2018, inform authors of its decision. This decision will be final.
Presentations must not exceed 20 minutes. A computer and projector will be available to speakers.
It is envisaged that papers will be published after a process of blind peer review. Editors reserve the right not to publish papers that fail to follow the editorial guidelines that will be circulated to authors.
Oral posters presented in Session IV should follow the instructions that will be sent by the Conference's advisory panel to those researchers who are selected. Their presentations should not exceed 15 minutes but, if so desired, can be submitted in writing. Posters will not be published.
